Yes, within the first 24 hours of confirming your order, free of charge. After that, we usually can't cancel — especially once production has started or the piece is being made specifically for you.

Within the UAE, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. For international or further destinations, delivery can take up to 7 days depending on customs and shipping carriers.
Yes. Every single parcel leaving our showroom is 100% insured against loss, theft, or damage until delivered directly to you. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The piece must be unused, unworn, in pristine original condition, and accompanied by all original certificates, tags, and luxury packaging.
Custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized jewelry pieces are made exclusively for you and cannot be returned unless there is an authentic manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout within 5 to 7 business days following inspection by our gemologists and return approval.
All Taiba jewelry is backed by our 6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty against manufacturing flaws, stone tightness, or structural issues. Normal daily wear, accidental drops, chemical contact, or unauthorized third-party jeweler alterations are not covered.
We are always here to assist our clients throughout their pieces' lifetime! Repairs, prong tightens, ultrasonic cleanings, and polishings are billed at reasonable, subsidized rates after 6 months. We inspect each piece and provide an upfront quote before starting any work.
Most solitaire, band, and classic rings can be resized up or down by 1 to 2 sizes. Certain eternity bands with stones wrapping around the full circumference, or intricate mosaic patterns, cannot be resized. Contact our concierge before purchasing if sizing is a concern.
Resizing fees depend on the complexity of the piece, whether gold needs to be added, and stone arrangement. We provide a transparent quote before any alteration work.
